Sales Executive (Virtual/Remote)

Role overview
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and generate new business for our technology startup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, actively prospecting for clients, making sales calls, conducting client visits, and converting opportunities into closed deals.

Working conditions and benefits

• Basic Salary: MK400,000 per month.
• Commission: Commission on successfully closed deals, based on the company’s approved commission structure.

Duties and responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Make outbound sales calls and conduct client visits.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet agreed sales targets.
• Submit a weekly sales report covering prospects, calls, meetings, pipeline, proposals and closed deals.
• Work closely with management to ensure successful onboarding and handover of new clients.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven sales experience is essential, preferably in technology, telecommunications, software or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Good organisational and reporting skills.
• Must have a laptop or reliable access to one.
• Reliable internet and phone access.
• Willingness and ability to conduct physical client visits when required
