Group Internal Audit
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting operational, financial and compliance audits across the Group, helping to strengthen internal controls, improve operational effectiveness and support sound governance practices. Reporting directly to the Group Internal Audit Manager, the role is based at the Group Corporate Office in Makata Industrial Area, Blantyre.

Key Responsibilities

– Participate in planning and execution of audit assignments.
– Conduct audit fieldwork and evaluate internal control systems.
– Perform compliance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
– Prepare audit working papers and audit reports.
– Participate in investigations and special audit assignments.
– Conduct follow-up reviews on implementation of audit recommendations.
– Support initiatives aimed at improving business processes and risk management.

Minimum Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
– ACCA, CPA, CA or CIA candidate.
– Full professional qualification will be an added advantage.
– Minimum 3 years’ relevant audit experience.
– Experience in internal or external auditing environments will be an added advantage.
