Group Internal Audit Manager
Group Internal Audit
Reporting to the Group Head of Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Manager will support the planning, coordination and execution of risk-based internal audits across the Group and provide independent assurance on governance, risk management and control processes. The role is based at the Group Corporate Office in Makata Industrial Area, Blantyre.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead operational, financial and compliance audit engagements.
– Supervise Internal Auditors and review audit work.
– Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
– Prepare and present audit reports to management.
– Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
– Participate in enterprise risk management initiatives.
– Support the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices.

Minimum Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
– Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CIA.
– Minimum 7 years’ relevant audit experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong experience in operational, financial and compliance auditing.
