Group Internal Audit ICT Manager
Group Internal Audit
The Internal Audit ICT Manager will lead independent reviews of information technology governance, cybersecurity, systems controls, digital risks and data management practices across the Group. The role is based at the Group Corporate Office in Makata Industrial Area, Blantyre.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct ICT governance, cybersecurity and information systems audits.
– Evaluate controls within ERP systems, networks, cloud environments and technology infrastructure.
– Assess cyber resilience, data protection and disaster recovery capabilities.
– Review third-party technology and outsourced service provider risks.
– Conduct technology-related investigations and fraud risk reviews.
– Evaluate governance and controls surrounding emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence.

Minimum Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Software Engineering or a related ICT field.
– Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
– Minimum 7 years’ experience in ICT Audit, Cybersecurity, Information Security or ICT Risk Management.
– Demonstrated experience auditing enterprise systems, digital platforms and ICT infrastructure.
