CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS – JOIN HARVESTGLOW

Help strengthen smallholder farming and build resilient rural communities in Malawi.

HarvestGlow is inviting passionate, committed and skilled individuals to volunteer with us in supporting smallholder farmers, strengthening community livelihoods and advancing sustainable agricultural development.

We welcome applications from individuals who want to contribute their knowledge, skills and time to initiatives that empower farmers and create lasting community impact.

Available Volunteer Opportunities

We welcome volunteers with skills or interests in the following areas:

1. Finance and Accounting Support – Assist with financial records, budgeting, reporting and financial documentation.
2. Rural and Community Development Support – Support farmer groups, community engagement, rural livelihoods and local development initiatives.
3. Procurement and Supply Chain Support – Assist with procurement processes, sourcing, logistics, inventory and supplier coordination.
4. Graphic Design and Creative Media – Develop posters, digital graphics, communication materials and visual content for HarvestGlow’s programmes.
5. Field Monitoring, Data Collection and Reporting – Support field visits, collect programme data, monitor activities and contribute to reports.
6. Training Facilitation and Capacity Building – Assist in organising and facilitating farmer trainings, workshops and community learning sessions.
7. Administrative Support – Support office operations, documentation, scheduling, correspondence and coordination.
8. Fundraising and Donor Support – Assist with funding opportunity research, proposal development and donor communication.
9. Other Skills and Specialised Support – We also welcome interest in research, communications, social media, IT, event coordination and other relevant areas.
