INVITATION TO TENDER: QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING SERVICES

HarvestGlow invites qualified individual consultants and firms to submit bids for the installation, configuration, financial data migration and staff training of QuickBooks accounting software.

Scope of Work

• QuickBooks installation and configuration.
• Migration of existing financial records.
• Setup of donor and project-based accounting and reporting.
• Preparation of financial reports and budget tracking.
• Practical training for finance and programme staff.
• Post-installation technical support.

Who Can Apply?

Eligible consultants and firms with at least three years of QuickBooks implementation and training experience.

Knowledge of NGO accounting, grant management and donor reporting is an added advantage.

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders should submit the following:

• A technical proposal.
• A financial quotation in Malawi Kwacha.
• Evidence of relevant experience.
• References.
• CV or company profile.
• Applicable compliance documents.
