POSITION: MARKETING AND SALES ASSOCIATE

Location: Blantyre & Lilongwe

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Marketing & Visual Content Execution (50%)

Social Media Management:
Curate, create, and schedule high-quality visual content.

Campaign & Lead Generation:
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta.

Copywriting & Brand Voice:
Write compelling captions, blog posts, and newsletters.

Analytics Tracking:
Monitor weekly and monthly digital metrics (engagement, website traffic, conversion rates).

2. Consultative Sales & Client Inbound Management (50%)

Inquiry Triage:
Act as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management:
Guide prospective clients through the initial sales pipeline.

Consultation Booking:
Proactively convert social media comments, direct messages, and website forms into scheduled design consultations or showroom visits.

B2B Outreach Support:
Help prepare sleek digital portfolios, company profiles, and presentation materials for corporate pitches.

REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS

Design Literacy:
A strong natural eye for interior design styling, color harmony, spatial layouts, and luxury lifestyle trends.

Digital Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools, basic graphic/video editing apps (like Canva or CapCut), and ad manager platforms.

Exceptional Communication:
Articulate and highly professional verbal and written English skills.

Organization:
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining meticulous lead records.
