External Social Consultants

Rina Consulting S.p.A. is expanding its pool External Social Consultants to support international development and projects across Central Asia/Europe/Africa.

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong track record in social assessment, specifically IFC PS2 Labour / Supply Chain, PS5 Resettlement and Human Rights / Gender issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 / 10 years of relevant professional experience in social consulting.
Project experience in Central Asia/Europe/Africa.
An advanced university degree in Social Sciences and Humanities (Sociology, Anthropology, Political Sciences), or a related domain.
Experience with multilateral donors would be an advantage
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Fluency in an additional language such as French/ Portuguese/ Spanish (spoken and written).
Demonstrated experience in the application of international E&S Standards (ie. IFC PSs, EBRD ESRs, Equator Principles IV, etc) in one or more of the following areas:
Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD)
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
Stakeholder Engagement
Resettlement Planning and Implementation
Labour and Working Conditions / Supply Chain
Human Rights / Gender Equality and Inclusion
