Award-winning TamuTamu maker vows better products, stronger youth development

Malawians can expect improved products and stronger community support after M&B Company, the maker of TamuTamu Health Ginger Drink, was named Outstanding Best Beverage Company at the National Product Magazine Mid-Year Awards.

The Salima-based company received the award during a ceremony held at the Bingu International Convention Centre in Lilongwe on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in recognition of its excellence and growing influence in the beverage industry.

M&B Company Chief Executive Officer Sinah Yusuf said the recognition will inspire the company to continue producing high-quality, health-conscious beverages while raising its standards even further.

She said customers should expect the company to remain focused on quality, innovation and satisfaction as demand for its products continues to grow.

Yusuf also pledged that M&B Company will expand its corporate social responsibility programmes by supporting youth development, sporting activities and other community initiatives.

The National Product Magazine Mid-Year Awards honour companies and brands that have demonstrated excellence, innovation and impact in their respective sectors.
