ADMARC Limited has announced that it will begin purchasing maize from smallholder farmers nationwide on June 1, 2026, at a government-approved price of K900 per kilogramme.
According to the company’s Chief Executive Officer Ben Botolo, the 2026/2027 marketing season purchases will be conducted through designated ADMARC markets across the country.

The parastatal has put in place logistical arrangements to ensure smooth and transparent operations.
The company is urging farmers to sell through official ADMARC markets to benefit from fair and competitive pricing.
Farmers have also been advised to deliver properly dried and clean maize that meets required quality standards.
ADMARC said the move is part of its mandate to provide reliable agricultural markets and contribute to national food security.
