1. HEAD TEACHER
Job Summary
The Head Teacher will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the school. The position will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, effective staff management, student discipline and welfare, and the implementation of the school's vision, policies, and strategic objectives. The Head Teacher will also work closely with the Board, teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders to promote the overall development and success of the school.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from a recognised institution.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years' relevant work experience, including experience in a leadership or management position.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide effective academic and administrative leadership.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student welfare.
- Be able to work collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
