1. HEAD TEACHER

Job Summary

The Head Teacher will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the school. The position will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, effective staff management, student discipline and welfare, and the implementation of the school's vision, policies, and strategic objectives. The Head Teacher will also work closely with the Board, teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders to promote the overall development and success of the school.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years' relevant work experience, including experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide effective academic and administrative leadership.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student welfare.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders.

2. ENGLISH TEACHER

Job Summary

The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering effective English lessons, assessing students' learning and progress, and supporting students to develop strong communication, literacy, and critical-thinking skills. The teacher will contribute to maintaining high academic standards and participate in the wider academic and extracurricular activities of the school.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate should:

  • Hold a relevant degree qualification, majoring in English, from a recognised institution.
  • Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the English language and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Have excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
  • Demonstrate commitment to supporting students' academic and personal development.

3. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Job Summary

The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for supporting the effective management of the school's financial and administrative operations. The position will oversee financial records, budgeting, reporting, expenditure monitoring, and general administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The Officer will provide accurate and timely financial and administrative information to support sound decision-making by school management.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Have at least three (3) years of progressive work experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Have strong organisational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant accounting and office management systems.
  • Demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Be able to work effectively with management, staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
