1. HEAD OF SECURITY

– Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of MSCE (Diploma in Security Management preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in managing security operations, preferably in forestry or agriculture.

• Clean police record and strong leadership skills.

– Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plantation physical security, manage security personnel, mitigate theft/risks, and coordinate with local law enforcement.
