PROFESSIONAL CHEF

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is properly presented and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, portion sizes, and storage.
• Manage ingredients, minimize wastage, and report stock shortages when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience as a Chef.
• Good cooking and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must reside in Lilongwe
• MSCE required; Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
