The After The Silence Concert, led by hip-hop star Macelba, has received a 10 million Kwacha sponsorship from Lab 20 Innovations, enough to put a presidential candidate on the ballot! Scheduled for July 26, 2025, at BICC in Lilongwe, the event promises to be spectacular, featuring South African artist Eemoh, known for his hit ‘Ngishutheni,’ alongside local stars like Saint, Bwede, Janta, Gwamba, Eli Njuchi, Emmie Deebo, Onesimus, and Mwanache.
In a significant move to uplift the community, Dennis Imaan of Lab Innovations emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting Malawian youth.
“As a company, we believe in giving back but also creating value mainly with the youthful Malawians,” he stated.
Furthermore, Imaan noted that Macelba’s music resonates across generations, highlighting the importance of their support when approached.
Expressing his gratitude, Macelba remarked, “I’m thrilled and excited; it’s a testament to the confidence they have in our project, and it couldn’t come at the right time.”
This support feels like a breath of fresh air, as it not only fuels the concert but also lights a fire under the aspirations of young Malawians, paving the way for a bright future.
