Silver extended their lead in the 30th minute after Innocent Shema was fouled in the box. The resulting penalty was calmly converted.
They nearly added a third before halftime through Kelvin Silasi but remained 2-0 up at the break.
Bullets came out strong in the second half, with Ephraim Kondowe testing the keeper multiple times. Despite their pressure, Silver held firm.
The match turned in the 77th minute when Bullets’ goalkeeper Clever Nkungula was sent off, forcing outfield player Dominic Musonda to take over in goal. Bullets continued to press, but couldn’t break through.
Silver Strikers held on to claim the win and lifted the commemorative trophy.
