Mponela based gospel artist Esther Chinkhadze says all is set for the launch of her debut album titled “Ebenezer” which is scheduled to take place tomorrow in Mponela at Kapaza CCAP gardens.
Speaking in an interview, Chinkhadze said people should expect a lot of amazing things as she has prepared for the ceremony in a special way since it marks the genesis of her journey in the music ministry.
“Everything to prepare for the launch is in place. People should come in large numbers to witness this auspicious event which will also mark the genesis of my music ministry.
“Music is my calling and I am ready to reach out to various people with the gospel as well as material things. This is why I have decided to use the money I will raise from my album launch to help the needy,” she said .
She further said that the main message the album has carried is about praising God as well as urging people to change their evil ways and make the world a better place.
All the 12 songs in the album were produced at Jireh records in Mponela by Limbikani Sulumba. They include songs like Woyera, Dzina lanu, We praise, Mfumu ya mafumu and not forgetting the title track ‘Ebenezer’.
The album launch will be graced by various gospel artists including Thoko Katimba and Nkhwidzi choir.
