Three win in FINCA’s dabo dabo promotion

FINCA Malawi has awarded three lucky winners who have walked away with cash prizes in the first draw of the Dabo Dabo Promotion.

FINCA launched Dabo Dabo promotion on March 1 this year in a drive to promote the savings culture and financial health of their customers.

The promotion will see customers who for at least three months place a Fixed Deposit at a minimum of MK50,000, automatically entering a draw and qualifying to win monthly prizes and a grand prize of MK500,000.

Speaking in Blantyre during the first draw on Wednesday, March 31, FINCA’s Marketing Manager Violet Mangani, said the promotion has started on a very high note claiming more customers has shown interest.

Mangani said the first prize of MK250,000 was won by Bertha Kadwala under FINCA Bwaila branch while the MK200,000 prize went to Jimmy Undi under FINCA Limbe branch and the third prize, MK100,000, went to Hapana Moses under FINCA Nchalo branch.

She further said customers still have a chance to win a share of MK2,300,000 in the Dabo Dabo promotion where the grand prize of MK500,000 will be awarded to one lucky winner.

Mangani added that customers can be excited for their option to get their interest up-front, which goes as high as 12% per annum and further explained that multiples of MK50,000 give a customer more chances to win in the promotion.

“Every customer that places a Fixed Deposit minimum MK50,000 for at least three months, automatically enters a draw to win monthly prizes and a grand prize of MK500,000.

“Customers who deposit more that MK50,000 have a higher chance of winning. For example, MK100,000 gives you two entries, MK200,000 gives you four entries and so on,” she explained.

She added that customers should expect to get more exciting cash prizes in the next two months of the promotion and added that both new and existing clients stand a chance to win when they qualify for the draw.
