…Nomads protest…

Nyasa Big Bullets have completed the signing of Namiwawa FC star Precious Sambani, bringing to an end months of speculation on the future of the under 20 defender who was on loan at Be Forward Wanderers.

Sambani has signed a three year deal with the league champions following the expiry of his loan deal with Wanderers.

Bullets, through Chief Executive Officer Fleetwood Haiya confirmed the development, saying the player will add value to the club’s ambitions.

“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Precious Sambani into Nyasa Big Bullets family,” he said.

However, Wanderers, who have been with the player for the past two seasons, says they will protest the move.

The club’s General Secretary Mike Butao said Wanderers were given the first option to sign the player.

“We were given the first option to sign the player after the expiry of his loan deal. The process was already underway and his parent club Namiwawa Madrid are aware,” he said.
