TNM Super League outfit Masters Security are upbeat of overturning tables in the return leg of the CAF Confederations Cup against Angolan side Atletico Petroleos de Luanda.

Makawa: We are representing Malawi with determination.

Speaking to the media during the team’s last training session at BNS yesterday, Masters Security coach Abbas Makawa said they will put up a gallant fight on home soil.

He added that they are representing Malawi and with determination they will sail through to the next round of the continental competition.

On the contrary, Malawians have written off local clubs in the competitions. They believe the goal deficit is way too big to be overturned considering the standard of football on the domestic scene.

Top flight league holders Mighty Be Forward Wanderers are also looking to overturn a huge goal deficit in CAF Champions League tomorrow.

The Nomads face AS Vita Club of the Democratic Republic of Congo who have an aggregate advantage of four goals following their comfortable win in Kinshasa.
