Isaiah 60:1 WEB “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you.”
The scripture above tells us to take an action. To arise because two things have happened. The first one is because the light has come to you. This is the light of the Word. The Word of God is our light.Psa 119:105 “Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Everything done in light is done with accuracy and at a faster speed than that which is done in darkness.
The Word of God helps us to gain advantage through doing our things correctly and with speed. Whether you run a business, you are employed or any other tasks, the Word will give you advantage in accuracy and speed for those who live the Word.
The second reason to arise is because the glory has risen on you. The glory of God also comes by the Word of God. Joh 1:14 KJV* “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” We get the glory when we study, meditate and speak the Word. 2 Corinthians 3:18 Amplified Bible (AMP)“And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.” Glory brings beauty in you and hence makes you and everything about you to be attractive. You can attract people and customers when you operate in the glory of God. The simplest way to walk in it is through the Word.
The opening verse, tells us to arise and automatically we will shine because the light and glory has come. Every time you read the Word and you have some revelation through the light of the Word, you need to take an action. Arise! Any action taken after the Word is come in your life will give rise to your shining. You will be a star in that thing you will do after revelation of the Word. If you have read the Word and have been illuminated to start ministering, arise. If after hearing the Word, you have been illuminated that its your time to start that business you have been longing for long, then arise. Don’t wait for another opportunity. This is the best opportunity. Whether you want to pursue further studies after being illuminated by the Word, then arise and start it now because the glory of God is already risen on You. Dont wait. Enrol for a school immediately.
Every idea born of the Word will make you shine and you will go far with it. Pursue it till it materialises. You will reach far and overcome the world with it. 1Jn 5:4 KJV* “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

The Word of God is my light and my glory. I have been illuminated with the Word and am taking a corresponding action. Thank You Father for your Word that gives me an advantage. Everything I do will go far and will overcome the World. In Jesus Name.Amen
