Super League action is back again this weekend in all the three regions of the country with enthralling fixtures.

Having beaten their rivals 1-nil last week, Big Bullets are looking to continue from where they stopped when they are hosted by struggling Max Bullets at Kamuzu Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The defending champions are slowly closing in on the top position and if they win against Maxwell Kapanda’s side, chances of defending their title will be wide open.

However, the bottom side will be a hard nut to crack especially at this time when points are very much needed for their survival.

At Nankhaka Stadium, Silver Strikers will play host to unpredictable Dwangwa United. The Central Bankers are coming from a disappointing 1-all draw away to Azam Tigers last week but being aware of Bullets’ resurgence, they will surely go flat out in order to keep their title ambitions alive.

At Mzuzu Stadium, struggling Mzuni FC will host current league leaders Mafco FC in what has been dubbed as the game of the week.

This will be the defining moment for the military outfit who will also play Moyale Barracks on Sunday.

Any mistake will see them dropping up to fourth if Bullets, Silver, Kamuzu Barracks or Blue Eagles register victories in their matches.

At Civo Stadium, there will be a battle of wounded soldiers when Civo Service United play host to Mighty Wanderers FC.

Both teams are experiencing the worst season ever but whosoever wins in this battle will rejuvenate their season.

The Nomads were last week beaten 1-nil by rivals Bullets, resulting into the firing of coach Eddington Ng’onamo and his deputy Eliya Kananji who were replaced by Yasin Osman and Bob Mpinganjira.

If they are to keep their title dreams alive, Wanderers must win this encounter before playing resilient Kamuzu Barracks 24 hours later.

In another Saturday match, Red Lions will play host to Blue Eagles at Zomba Community Centre Ground.

On Sunday, Mafco will be hosted by Moyale Barracks at Mzuzu Stadium while Kamuzu Barracks will entertain Wanderers at Civo Stadium.

At Kamuzu Stadium, Wizards FC will play host to Blue Eagles, with Big Bullets hosting Red Lions at Kamuzu Stadium on Mother’s Day holiday on Monday afternoon.

In other fixtures, Dwangwa United will host Civo United at Chitowe, Karonga United will entertain Mzuni FC while at Civo Stadium, Epac will host Silver Strikers.
