FISD Challenge Cup National Draw: Bullets date Silver Strikers

…as Blue Eagles entertain Civo Service United

Football fans can anticipate entertaining games of football, as there are some mouthwatering matches coming up in the inaugural FISD Challenge Cup.

This follows the draw for the last 16 of the prestigious competition which was conducted at Zodiak Television Studios in Lilongwe on Thursday afternoon.

In some of the exciting fixtures, Blantyre based giants Nyasa Big Bullets will play host to Lilongwe side Silver Strikers, while Civo United will be travelling to Blue Eagles for another mouth-watering clash.

The newly crowned Carlsberg Cup champions Mighty Wanderers will be hosted by Lake Valley FC, with Kamuzu Barracks entertaining Epac FC at Civo Stadium.

It will be an all Regional affair between Zolozolo and Dwangwa Town Hammers while Sayama FC will play host to Dwangwa United. The winner between Nsanama and Migowi will host Rumphi Pirates while the winner between Tiakalulu and Dedza Young Soccer will entertain Dululu FC.

The exciting part of the competition will see three district teams making it into the quarterfinals of the competition.
