The much anticipated International Grand Conference on Combining Spiritual and Academic Excellence (IGCSAE) has gone global, with more than 41 countries set to participate in the two day event.

According to a statement released by Redeemed For Purpose (RFP) Ministries who are the organizers of the conference, participants from over 41 countries have registered to be part of the event which is scheduled to take place from 17th-18th September 2016 at Robins Park hall in the city of Blantyre.

RFP Executive Committee General Secretary Pastor Emma Mwasinga said it will be the first time in the history of Malawi to have an event that has drawn participants from more than 40 countries.

“Some of the countries to have registered include England-UK, Russia, USA, India, South Africa, Abu Dhabi, China, Botswana among the many representing all continents in the world, with Malawi being represented by people from all the 28 districts,” she said.

On why they have decided to extend the conference from a day to two days, she said: “A day was not enough hence extending it to two days. Day one will be at Robins Park in Blantyre while day two will be at the Tent of His Love and Glory just next to Robins Park.”

“Those that will not physically attend the event, they will have an opportunity to watch the event via a video and audio streaming,” she said. Last year, RFP held a similar event which attracted thousands of people nationwide.

RFP President Aubrey Mwasinga recently told the local media that the ministry has a key role to play in developing nations through its various programs including CSAE.

He said these conferences unveil success principles that make people become more efficient and effective in any endeavour of life be it academics, work, or business.
