The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) and Carlsberg Malawi Limited have announced that the final of the 2016 edition of Carlsberg Cup will be hosted at Blantyre’s Kamuzu Stadium.

Initially, the final was supposed to be played at Mzuzu Stadium but the pitch is in a bad shape hence the decision to have the match shifted to Kamuzu Stadium on 10th September.

“Let me take this opportunity to reveal that this year’s Carlsberg Cup final will take place at Kamuzu Stadium on 10th September 2016.

It will be the second time in two years for the Carlsberg Cup final to be hosted at Kamuzu Stadium.
