Malawi national football team centre back Harry Nyirenda has said he is ready to train with any local club so that he should gain fitness.
Nyirenda who is back in the country told the local media that he has come to Malawi to play for local teams and maintain fitness as he has not signed a new contract with South Africa’s Black Leopards.
“I came home to train and get my fitness, with this I want to have an intense self-training so that I have my stamina,” Nyirenda said.
The 25 year-old defender also said that he will also be training on his own but would prefer to join any local club that will show interest in him.
“I am open to any team, if any team wants me they will find me,” said the player.
Nyirenda played for MTL Wanderers currently Mighty Be Forward Wanderers from 2007 to 2010 before joining Black Leopards Football Club (Lidoda Duvha) of South Africa.
