Black Missionaries Kuimba 10…ticket prices get slashed

The wait is over for reggae lovers in the Central Region, as organizers of Blacks Missionaries Carlsberg’s Kuimba 10 DVD album launch have named a venue where the inaugural show in the region will take place.

Yes! The country’s reggae giants the Black Missionaries would not skip its fans in any region without pushing them to the taste of the launch of the new Kuimba 10 DVD project.

Cream Company Chief Executive Officer Timothy Adrian Chikoti says the show in the Central Region will take place at Civo Stadium on 7 August 2016.

Chikoti says the option for Civo Stadium was landed in a bid to make sure there is just enough space for all fans that will patronize the show.

”This is because the Blacks are the Peoples band, we have decided to give access to everyone in the region to be part of the show at a bigger venue”he said making revelations that beer at the shows will also be sold at sliced prices.

But the key part of the show is that the ticket prices have been slashed from MK2500 to MK1500. Main sponsors Carlsberg will also distribute t-shirt to fans at the show.

So far, the organizers have named the Robins Park in Blantyre as venue for the show on 12 August while in Mzuzu it will be at Tourist Lodge on 14 August.

Skeffa Chimoto and Anthony Makondetsa are some of the artists who will be with the Black Missionaries in these shows.

Cream has partnered with Carlsberg, Trending Media, Visit Likoma, Malawi24 and Zizakhala better in the projects.

The DVD project involves up to 7 songs from the album.
