There is still fear among Villagers of Chibwana Village in Thyolo district after the grave in which they buried a person with albinism last year in July was found tampered with earlier this week.
Police went to the graveyard when they were informed about the evil act and they found that indeed the grave had been tampered with but no part of the body was taken.
Meanwhile, investigations are underway to trace the culprits. So far, over 80 cases of albino killings, abductions, and tampering of graves of persons with albinism have been registered in the country.
Recently, the Mzuzu High Court banned all herbalists from operating in the country after claims that the traditional doctors are fuelling the evil acts.
