Minnows Karonga United and MTV Maxi Bullets are still feeling the storm of tight competition in the TNM Super league.

The Blantyre based side sits on position fifteen. They have only 4 points and their next assignment this weekend is against struggling Red Lions at the Zomba Community Centre Ground.
Red Lions have had a rather disappointing start to the season having just two wins from nine matches.
They stand on position thirteen with just 7 points. Karonga United on the other hand anchor the log table.
The Northern region side has lost four times and drew in three matches in their seven matches. They only have 3 points. They play high flying Azam Tigers at Mzuzu Stadium on Saturday.
The Tigers are sixth on the log and have 14 points. Blue Eagles stick to the grip on top of the log table They have 21 points and have just lost twice in nine matches. Silver Strikers come second with 19 points. The central Bankers host Kamuzu Barracks on Saturday.
