Wives of two army officers have died in a car accident in Kigali, Rwanda where they went to witness their husbands’ graduation.
The two women, who are wives to Major Gracian Maluwa and Major Richard Chidzungu, were involved in the car accident on Thursday as they were travelling from the airport to the college where their husbands were based.
The women died on the spot but the driver of the car died later.
Meanwhile, Malawi Defence Force spokesperson Captain Paul Chiphwanya has told the local media that arrangements have been made to collect the bodies.
