Head to Zimbabwe.

Flames head coach Enerst Mtawali has officially named his 20 man squad travelling to Zimbabwe for their crucial 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifier against the Warriors on Sunday afternoon.

Mtawali has picked all Big Bullets players that were called into the provisional squad two weeks ago.

He has also included Mighty Wanderers midfielder Rafique Namwera who has upped his game for the Nomads in the on going season.

Peter Wadabwa has also returned to the senior team for the first time in years following his impressive form with Wanderers but there is no place for Jafali Chande in the squad.

The team will be without Captain Limbikani Nzava and Isaac Kaliati due to injuries but Joseph Kamwendo has returned from his suspension that forced him to miss Flames’ 2-1 defeat to Guinea.

The team leaves for Zimbabwe on Friday. The showdown will be played on Sunday at National Sports Stadium in Harare.

Malawi is anchoring Group L with two points from four games.
