Peoples Party leader in the Malawi Parliament, Mr. Uladi Mussa, might be in need of a blanket if his naps in Parliament are to be dignified.

Mussa was caught napping in Parliament yesterday afternoon, following in the footsteps of leader of the house George Chaponda who has earned a notorious reputation for sleeping and then denying that he slept.
Mussa had ridiculed Chaponda in his address remarking that he did not go to Parliament to get a bed rest but on Thursday, sleep ovwepowered him.
