The students from Mzuzu University will invade the commercial city of Malawi Blantyre to play against Nyasa Big Bullets and Azam Tigers in the 2016 Tnm Super league on Saturday and Sunday at Kamuzu stadium.
Mzuni will be going into this game fresh from a goalless draw against Silver Strikers whereas Nyasa Big Bullets are coming from a 2 nil win over Epac fc at Kamuzu stadium.
Last time the two sides met in the Tnm Super League at the Kamuzu stadium was on 13 December in the year 2015 and Nyasa Big Bullets won the match 2-0.
It is promising to be an entertaining match as both Bullets and Mzuni fc have vowed to get maximum points on Saturday afternoon.
Currently, the students from Mzuzu University are ranked third on the log table with 10 points whereas the 2015 Tnm Super League champions are on 6th position with 9 points and a win for the people’s team will push them above Mzuni fc.
In other Super League matches slated for Sunday, Blue Eagles will take on Silver Strikers in a repeat of the 2016 Presidential Cup fixture that was played on Wednesday afternoon in Lilongwe.
The central bankers will be looking to revenge what Blue Eagles did to them in midweek whereas the area 30 cops will want to maintain their top spot in the Tnm Super League.
During the week Blue Eagles coach Nsakakuona said his side is capable of winning every game.
“We are very geared up and we will be taking each game as it comes. My team is good enough and it is capable of winning every game in the Tnm Super League,” he said.
