Nakamura now cleared to play for Nomads

Malawi’s Be Forward Wanderers F.C will now have to watch their Japanese player Genki Nakamura in the field of play as he has now been cleared by the Malawi Immigration Department and given a work permit, Malawi24 has learnt.

Nakamura has been on the sidelines having penned a one year contract earlier this year waited for the Immigration department to grant him a work permit before he would actually feature competitively for the Lali Lubani side.

The Immigration department had been waiting for a police report which would show whether the attacking midfielder has no criminal record or not.

According to sources at the club if fully trained now Nakamura could be up for selection over the weekend.

He will join foreign nationals in the squad Nigerians Amos Bello who has already been lethal for the team and  Saheed Oluwa Shinaayomi who ust joined the club recently.

His last club is Mohammedan Sporting of India but he has played for Bilisht and FK Tomori Berat of Albania, Sport Boys and Hijos de Acosvinchos in Peru, Cerezo Osaka (Japan), Saigon Port (Vietnam), VfbHuls and, DJK Tus (Germany) and FK TomoriBerat of Albania.
