Civo Service United are closing in on signing Nyasa Big Bullets defender Miracle Gabeya.
Gabeya has also attracted interest from other Super League teams including Mighty Be Forward Wanderers due to the belief that his future at the people’s team is in doubt.
Despite Gabeya being one of the top performers for Bullets last season, the future of the defender is uncertain after John Lanjesi and Emmanuel Zoya joined the Super League Champions.
Civo General Secretary Charles Mwenda has revealed that discussions are underway with the people’s team over a potential loan move.
“We are still discussing with Bullets,” he said. “Miracle is a good player and he is also still young, as you know our coach loves to work with young players so I assume he could fit well in our teamed if we sign him.”
He added: “However we are yet to reach an agreement with his team, but if we can manage to sign him I am sure he could be a good acquisition for our team.”
