Malawi national team head coach Ernest Mtawali has named a strong squad which will face Guinea in the 2017 Afcon qualifiers.

The coach has named Joseph Kamwendo and forward Gabadihno Mhango in the squad.

Briefing journalists this morning, Mtawali said all the players are ready to fight their lungs out in both matches

He also revealed that goalkeeper Charles Swini has failed to make it due to logistical challenges.

The Malawi national team will leave for Conakry on Sunday for the Afcon qualifier to be played on March 25 while the return leg will be played in Blantyre four days later.
