An economic expert in the country has asked Malawians to stop blaming government for the economic turmoil that has affected the country.
The expert, Lyton Chithambo, says Malawians need to start working on ways of developing the country and not pointing fingers at President Peter Mutharika.
“We need to realise that the president cannot provide everything for us but we need to come up with ways on how to develop our country,” said Chithambo.
Chithambo also asked Malawians to be patient as government is implementing a zero deficit budget.
“We have been moving at a slow pace but all of us need to help the country to go forward and develop,” he said
He however said that there is time for everything and Malawians must wait for the right time if they want to choose another leader.

But who? Economic experts? The blame goes to government, weak opposition parties and more blame to economic experts and advisors to the top office.
