Bullets to unveil Zoya, Lanjesi this week

The defensive pair who signed pre-contracts with Big Bullets a few weeks ago will be unveiled as the club’s new players this week in Blantyre.

According to various sources, Civo Service United and Bullets have finally struck a deal to bring John Lanjesi and Emmanuel Zoya to the Blantyre based giants.

Bullets vice general secretary Kelvin Moyo confirmed the development saying the two defenders have signed three year deals.
“It’s true, we struck a deal with Civo Service United for the signature of John Lanjesi and Emmanuel Zoya.

“If all goes well, we will be able to unveil them this week so that they can start training with the rest of the team,” said Moyo.

He also added that Bullets decided to offer long term contracts to the players as one way of building a strong squad in readiness for the 2017 CAF champions league.

“We are getting ready for CAF champions league hence offering them these long term contracts,” he said.

Civo United officials are yet to confirm the sale of the two players.

Bullets are also expected to unveil Amadu Makawa who has signed for the league champions from lower league side Dedza Young Soccer.

Muhamad Sulumba was the first player to arrive at Bullets after penning a three year deal.
