Kamwendo: Now at Nomads.

Former Malawi national football team captain, Joseph Kamwendo, has joined his ex-club, Mighty Wanderers, Malawi24 has learnt.

According to information that this publication has seen, the midfielder will play for Nomads in the 2016 soccer season that is scheduled to commence on 9th April.

The reports about Kamwendo’s move are related to what Wanderers Team Manager, Steve Madeira, posted on social media earlier.

“A true blue servant Joseph Kamwendo, a good professional, a loyal lad, welcome back to the fold genius,” reads Madeira’s post.

The former Orlando Pirates player was on loan at Don Bosco from TP Mazembe, all from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Kamwendo who once played for Vasco Da Gama of South Africa and Caps United of Zimbabwe was also spotted during supporters elections at Wanderers Club house in Blantyre.
