road accidentPolice publicist for the district sergeant Ignatius Esau identified the driver of the vehicle as 30 year-old Aubrey Mwale from Gidiele village, traditional authority Njewa in Lilongwe.

He further said that on this fateful day, some people hired the vehicle from Lilongwe to celebrate the festive season at Kande beach in Nkhatabay.
