A South Africa based Malawian gospel singer, Witness Chamboza, is set to launch her first gospel album in South Africa.
Speaking to Malawi24, her manager Amos Phiri said that they have invited various artists from Malawi such as Grace Chinga Moffat to spice the launch.
According to Phiri, the launch will be held at Sheikh Antadiop College Yoeville in east Johannesburg on 20th December 2015.
“We have invited have invited Grace Chinga and many other artists from Malawi to spice the launch,” Phiri said
The Album “Mtetezi wa moyo wanga” comprises 10 songs which include Tikukutamandani, Ndiyeletseni, Siuli pa dziko, and the title track Mtetezi wa moyo wanga.
Phiri says he promotes one other artist from Malawi.
“So far I’m promoting two artists, Witness T. Chamboza in South Africa and Asante Mkukupa. Mkukupa’s CD launch will be held next year in United Kingdom and Mtetezi wa moyo wanga album has already started enjoying the airwaves,” he said.
“Mtetezi wa moyo wanga” was recorded at Ralph Records by Ralph Ching’amba.
The CD will be available on the market soon after launches in South Africa, Malawi and abroad.
