A 23 year old Malawian woman is battling for her life at Queen Elizabeth Central hospital after she was stabbed by her ex husband Lazarus Nangola on the stomach barely nine months after the two got divorced in Thyolo district.
According to information that Malawi24 has, the woman is identified as Rebecca Chaweza.
It is reported that Nangola went to his ex wife house were he demanded for his door but Chaweza told her ex husband to come the following day as it was already late.
This angered Nangola who later forced himself into the house by breaking the door only to find his ex wife with his new husband (Wizaman).
Upon noticing this Nangolo stabbed his ex wife on the stomach wife a knife leaving part of her intestines out.
As the new husband Wizaman tried to rescue his lover from the monster he also got his share by being stabbed on his hand and hand respectively.
The two were referred to Thyolo District Hospital where the woman was referred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital because she was in a bad condition.
Thyolo Police officers have since arrested Lazarus Nangola.

I don’t see any moderate reason to stab an ex-wife.Whatever the reason may there be,stabbing her will be totally wrong. We all know for sure that in marriage are problems with and without solutions. If they divorced and nine months went by,there would be no reason for stabbing.People out there are just learning from such a situation how naive some Malawian men are. Please my fellow Malawian men, let’s be wise enough when handling a situation like this.
The only problem with you Malawi24 is that you haven’t explained the reason(s) why this man has stabbed his ex-wife.We can be blaming the man while he is not guilty. He did wrong of course but you had to explain the reason(s) why this happened.Don’t pamper women but protect them accordingly.

Henry, there is no need for a man with five senses to kill a woman because of what she is doing,is totally wrong.More over, the relationship was not there, what is the reason of stabbing that woman?.Its really bad and painfull.
