As the journey to find the Nissan Tiida hatchback winner continues tomorrow at M theater in Malawi’s commercial city, Blantyre, four contestants will be shown the exit door.

E-wallet talent show project manager, Anthony Kafuwa, told Malawi24 that elimination of contestants is entirely dependent on votes: the lesser the votes the higher the probability of getting evicted. “Out of the twelve contestants that will perform, four will get evicted reducing the number to 8. Those with less votes are unlikely to survive the weeding,” said Kafuwa.

Awaits the winner.

The show which is Malawi’s main platform for unveiling music talents, premiered on 24th October in a jam-packed M theatre at Chichiri shopping mall in Blantyre.

The first show was meant to give followers an opportunity to select favorite contestants whom they want to save through votes.

Basing on their performances, contestants can be partially guaranteed of survival following the judges’ assessments.

This will be the first eviction show; in this regard it will attract mixed emotions, tears of joy for survivors and tears of agony for those to be evicted.

During the premiere show, judges kept mentioning the car prize when dishing out advice to the contestants and this has power to mount pressure.

Patrons will be entertained with sweet traditional sounds by the duo of Edgar and Davis.

The two lawyers are known for giving a vibrant performance whenever they are performing live.

According to the organizers they will be performing as guest artists. Times and Zodiak television stations will provide an opportunity to those who cannot make it to the shows through broadcasting to follow events as they unfold from home as well as to participate.
