Despite wrapping up the 2015 Malawi Super League season earlier than expected, Big Bullets FC have targeted to collect maximum points from their remaining four games and finish the season with 69 points.
The people’s team successfully managed to defend their title a fortnight ago but chairman Sam Chilunga says his side will go flat out in the remaining games in order to reach their target.
“A lot of people have been thinking that we will be complacent since we have already wrapped up the season but we won’t tolerate that. We will spare nobody, we will collect maximum points in the remaining games,” said Chilunga.
He was also quick to salute his technical panel for the job well done.
“Our technical panel did well this season, as executive we are very proud of them. They have also assured me that they won’t relax in the last four games of the season,” he added.
On sponsorship deal, he said: “We will make a formal communication to the media regarding our sponsorship launch with Nyasa Manufacturing Company on second week of December.
It will be a colorful event so Bullets fans should anticipate for the event this month.
Collecting 12 points from their remaining games will see them finishing the season with 69 points, surpassing last season’s record of 62 points.
This will be another record set by Bullets to win the league with such a margin.
They will play Blue Eagles on Sunday at Nankhaka Stadium where they will be expected to receive a guard of honour from the area 30 Cops.
